產品描述

Fc受體（Fc receptors，FcRs）表達于多種細胞中，比如單核細胞，粒細胞，B細胞和樹突狀細胞。FcR表達細胞在免疫熒光染色中有時出現假陽性或假陰性結果，原因在于FcRs介導的Ig Fc結合性。

人Fc受體阻斷劑（Fc Receptor Blocking Solution, Human）特別開發用于阻斷FcR引起的非特異性染色，且不會干擾抗體介導的人細胞特異性染色。本品與抗人CD16（克隆3G8），CD32（克隆FUN-2）和CD64（克隆10.1）抗體的流式染色兼容。

Cells were collected and washed twice with 1× PBS, and then blocked with Fc receptor blocking solution buffer (Cat: MX1505, Maokang Biological) for 30 min at RT. Then 10 μl anti-FcγRI antibody-FITC anti-FcγRIIa antibody-FITC, anti-FcγRIIIa antibody-FITC, and FITC-labeled anti-FcγRIIb antibody were added into cells (1 × 106 cells/sample in 100 μl) and incubated for 60 min at 2–6 °C and analyzed using flow cytometry. CytoExpert software was used for data analysis.
